Feel free to bid on multiple items as we have a $50 Minimum order policy on auctions. You must spend at least $50 on coral in order for us to ship your box. Shipping charges do not count towards the minimum.

 

14 Day Live Arrival Guarantee

Corals of Eden Guarantees the live arrival of your aqua-cultured coral. For any reason, even Weather Delays, if your coral doesn't arrive alive and open up within 14 days, please contact us. We're here to work with you and will promptly issue a store credit for the cost of the coral. We will need a clear picture of the deceased coral to verify authenticity of death, so please do not discard the specimen. Simply contact us explaining the situation with some pictures and we'll get back with you shortly.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges, and at this time do not yet offer returns. However, we have some of the best customer service in the industry and go above and beyond to work a reasonable solution for our customers.

Photography

Pictures are taken with a nikon D300s/D500 with a 105mm macro lens with a yellow filter. We shoot under our tuna blue kessil actinic LED. In some cases, a second picture may be presented under a mixed spectrum. Reef photography can truly be very challenging. Our goal is to accurately show the natural beauty of these corals in a realistic manner. If the coral you receive doesn't closely resemble the listing picture, please let us know so we can work on creating a solution. Please do allow for some variation, as every coral will look different depending on the lighting used.
    Product Details: Just about every coral listed as wysiwyg on our auctions should be well encrusted. Our almost wysiwyg selection is a bit more mature and will always be fully encrusted over the plug. You will never receive a fresh cut frag from Corals of Eden. Just about everything has been healing for at least 3-4 weeks before we will offer it for sale. 

 
Shipping Details

    Orders are shipped next day air via FedEx overnight services.
    We will contact you after receiving payment to set up your preferred day to receive. If we do not hear back, we will ship the following business day after collecting payment.
    tracking information is provided the morning your package has been dispatched.
    Your corals are secured on Styrofoam floats or inside small cups to reduce movement during transit. Each coral is then sealed in an extra thick shipping bag and double bagged. Once everything is bagged, they are carefully placed inside insulated boxes and given heat or cold packs, depending on the weather conditions in your location. 
    Our Shipping Schedule is Tuesday - Thursday (Excluding all Federal Holidays).
    Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (on applicable days). 
    Should you need your package to arrive on a specific day, please put let us know in order comments section or contact us directly so we can arrange it.
    We only ship to the 48 continental United States.
    We do not require a drop off signature unless the order total is over $700.
