For sale here is a good looking Vintage Blackjack Knives Classic Model Number 1-7 Carbon Steel Fighting Knife With Sheath.  The left side of the blade is marked Classic Blades Model #1-7 with the Blackjack Card Logo.  The right side ricasso is marked Carbon Steel.  The right side of the blade is marked Made in USA Effingham Illinois.  The knife features a black micarta handle, brass crossguard, and chrome pommel.  The leather sheath is complete with working snap and Fine India Norton marked sharpening stone in orange.  This shows some age and handling, but is unused and unsharpened, and has a perfect point.  Though unused, the blade does have a few draw marks and scratches, and a few small spots of age gray.  The brass pommel was caked in green verdigris when i got it, and though it has been wiped away, it did bit the brass a little bit.  Overall, an older, very high quality knife that isn't perfect, but would be very difficult to upgrade.  The knife features a 6 7/8" blade.  This is very sharp and looks great.  The box is the black cardboard Blackjack Knives Ltd box.  The label for model has fallen off, and there is evidence and remnants of another price sticker on it.  The box shows use, age, wear, and handling with some minor corner damage, but is pretty nice overall.  This is a beauty that will work or display well.
