Heavy-Duty Ratchet Tensioning Mechanism
Feed excess webbing into the ratchet slot and pump the ratchet handle back and forth to apply firm, controlled tension. Once tightened, fold the ratchet lever flat to lock the load securely. The robust metal ratchet assembly holds tension firmly for long-distance motorway haulage.
Safety Latch Claw Hooks

Step-by-Step Fitting Instructions
Pre-Use Inspection: Check all webbing for fraying, stitching damage and ratchet/hook wear before every use; do not use if components are compromised.
Anchor the Hook: Fasten the safety claw hook to a rated anchor point on your transporter trailer bed.
Fit Steering Loop: Thread the short 50cm fabric strap through the vehicle's steering wheel, then wrap the loop around the rear side of the tyre.
Thread Main Strap: Pass the long 4m ratchet webbing through the steering loop opening and feed the free end into the ratchet reel.
Tighten & Lock: Pull loose webbing through the ratchet first, then cycle the ratchet handle up and down to tension the strap until the wheel is immobile. Fold the ratchet handle down to lock tension.
Final Check: Confirm all four wheels are secured with one strap each before transporting the vehicle.
Removal: Lift the ratchet release tab to unwind the webbing, unclip the claw hook and detach the steering loop from the wheel.
