The item had heavy battery corrosion but has been cleaned as much as possible to get it to work. When turned on the item appears to load up fine. The keys work and the touchscreen works as it begins the initial set up. Then when it gets to setting the time and date, the whole unit turns itself off (see video on listing).

Pre-owned and kindly donated to our charity. Items that are sold as spares repairs are non returnable. Please check description for details regarding faults to the item. Untested items are sold as 'non working' and are sold as seen. Please see photos for details.

COLLECTIONS - Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4:00pm. Please ensure you contact us with 24 hours to arrange pick up from our Distribution Centre.

DELIVERY - We send our sold items out using DPD, Royal Mail or Evri.   The service is usually shown on the listing and we will try to use the Courier specified.  However, if you're located in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles we may have to use another service that we have not shown.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We only use eBay Global Shipping. We have no control over charges.

PAYMENTS - Please make payments quickly. We are happy to help with any delays as long as we're contacted and given a date. We're always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us if you're still waiting for other auctions to end (within 4 days) so we can note this.

If an item has been left unpaid with no contact longer than 4 working days, we will cancel and relist.
