Here I have for sale my disco 1 300 tdi. Regrettably, circumstances forces sale, lots of time and money have gone into this landy. Please check the mot history 12 months very few advisorys.

This disco curiously is a 1999 plate, as it it is part of the very last production of discovery 1 commercial 300tdi which ran between 1998-2002. It was originally purchased by West Midlands Mountain rescue who replaced the passenger door (see photos black door).

I had  the entire engine head replaced with a complete brand-new head from Turner Engineering with all new valves, and the gasket, along with the timing belt, added an aluminium water header tank, new radiator, new brakes, new clutch, new slave cylinder, new front and back prop shafts,new steering damper, sills have been welded. new alternator, battery, and starter motor.

I have used this disco as my daily now for 3 years, it has the snorkel there but not hooked up, and is using the original air filter housing.

I removed the headlining and replaced with insulation roll, helps in the heat, a unique look (see photos) the rest of the interior is ok, no show pony, ruff and ready, 2 front seats and 2-fold out rear boot seats (all legal with seatbelts) The central locking works fine however you also need the key to open the doors as well , including the boot. Note the door and ignition keys are different, but 2 sets of both, and 2 fobs are supplied.

Some minor rust (not enough for any advisories on mot) notably front headlight housing and battery tray, I have YRM high quality replacement parts (please see pics) battery tray, an entire headlight housing, inner wing panel and body mounting kit (bushes and bolts). Also have purpose-built 3 door rock sliders (unattached) and other spare parts, brake pads, extended brake hoses, oils, mud flap brackets. Haynes manuals, all included.

Has working yellow flashing lights front and back with control switches. There are additional exterior lights on the bumper these are not wired up. Stereo works but sounds crackley suspected blown speakers or amp. Has 4 usb ports with a battery volt reader from Fourby, Some trim missing on driver's side.
