AquaBio® Conditioner is a 100% biological waterbed conditioner, creating a reliable, natural maintenance system for your waterbed.

AquaBio® Firstfiller is a 100% biological start conditioner developed for the initial filling of new waterbeds, after relocation/moving, or when converting a waterbed from conventional chemical conditioners to a biological maintenance system.
Instead of relying on chemical additives, AquaBio® contains a concentrated culture of naturally occurring microorganisms, carefully selected and cultivated in our laboratory, that help create a stable and balanced aquatic environment inside the water mattress. This contributes to long-term water quality while helping to prevent the accumulation of air and other gases in the mattress.

How it works
Over time, the water inside a waterbed naturally changes. AquaBio® introduces a carefully selected concentration of naturally occurring microorganisms that establish a healthy biological balance within the water mattress.
Rather than interfering with the natural microbiological processes, AquaBio® helps create conditions that minimise the accumulation of air and other gases inside the mattress. The microorganisms do not inhibit or eliminate other bacteria and do not act as a disinfectant or biocide.
The product contains a bacterial strain classified as Risk Group 1 (RG1) according to the German Technical Rules for Biological Agents (TRBA). This is the lowest risk classification and includes microorganisms commonly found in drinking water.
Scientifically developed
AquaBio® was developed in cooperation with researchers at Wageningen University & Research (The Netherlands) and AquaMetrica. The result is a biological alternative to traditional chemical conditioners, providing effective long-term waterbed care without the use of aggressive chemicals.
The bacterial cultures are produced under strictly controlled conditions and cultivated to achieve an exceptionally high concentration before being processed into the final product.

Important
After switching to the AquaBio® biological system, do not add chemical waterbed products, such as fragrances, air binders or chemical conditioners, as these may interfere with the biological balance.
Switching from chemical conditioners
When converting an existing waterbed from a chemical conditioner to AquaBio®, the following procedure is recommended:
- Ensure that at least 2 months have passed since the last chemical conditioner was added.
- Add one bottle per water mattress (two bottles for a double bed).
- Draining the water mattress is not necessary.
Once the conversion has been completed, simply maintain the waterbed by adding one bottle of AquaBio® Waterbed Conditioner every 6 or 12 months, depending on the size of the water mattress.
