This book was published by the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution in 2012. The author/compiler of this book is Eric Grundset of the DAR Library in Washington, DC. The book is hardcover with a pictorial front cover. It is 8-3/4" x 11-1/4" in size, 686 pages with 18 chapters, 18 maps, and a 51-page index. The very detailed Table of Contents alone covers 11 pages! 

This copy is in Like New condition and will be carefully packaged to insure safe shipping in a box. Due to the cost of this book I insist on using (at no extra cost to the buyer) a "signature required" shipping. All you need to do is provide me an address where you or someone you trust will be present to sign. 

This book is very scarce. I checked three book-selling websites and found only one copy for sale. It is an ex-library copy, is listed for $3000.00, and has to be shipped from England.
