Dorsey as proprietor during the early 1930s. Specific itemized menu and pricing details from her exact operational period are not preserved in modern public culinary archives. Local archival records from the Findlay Morning Republican (April 1933) list Mrs. H. O. Dorsey as the proprietor ("prop.") of the Phoenix Restaurant when retail permits were issued in Findlay.
