This antique French small wall hanging cross & font, also known as a bénitier dates from the late 1800s and has a silver colour metal figure of Jesus on brass cross above the black metal holy water.The back cross is covered in the original green velvet that is in good condition.The back has a small ring hook at the top for wall hanging on the black fabric.The little cross weighs 140g, it measures 21cm tall by 13cm wide and the Jesus figure is 7.5cm tall.
