This buy it now auction is for a Potter and Moore 1930s Bonzo perfume bottle and another Ooloo (his girlfriend)

He is made of frosted glass and his head is facing upwards.The stopper is of red circular shape and is balanced on the end of his nose.The bottle has further painted detail and is marked Potter and Moore England.It dates from the 1930s.

The Ooloo perfume was also made by Potter and Moore in the 1830s.In George Studdy’s creation of the the cat Ooloo was Bonzo’s companion or widely regarded as his girlfriend.She is made of black glass and has yellow and cream painted detail.The bottle is marked Potter and Moore England.She is made in two parts the head being the screw on top.

CONDITION

The Bonzo perfume bottle is good condition with just two minor flaws/nibbles to the base extremities

The Ooloo bottle does have DAMAGE.She has a crack that runs across her face and the ear and the back of her head but being of black colour she displays well and these faults are only really apparent when the bottle is picked up and bought up to the eyes when of course the extent of damage becomes apparent.

Approximately 8.7cm (3 3/8 inches) Ooloo is slightly taller.
