This auction features a hand painted antique Morimura Brothers Nippon Blown-Out Relief Molded Hunting Scene double handled vase. The border is decorated with a Greek key design. This antique Nippon vase features a relief-molded hunting scene depicting hounds chasing a buck. The piece utilizes a "blown-out" design technique where the animals are prominently raised from the surface of the vase. The vase measures approximately 6 1/2" tall. Stamped with the famous green "M in wreath" (Morimura Brothers). There are no cracks, chips or repairs.
