This neat old plaque was probably a part of a set and  unfortunately we just have the one picture. It looks like its a picture of an old mill with a water wheel, however, that is just our opinion. Its 5 1/"in diameter and has a small cord hanger. We are not sure if this is wood or some other fake/faux wood material.
