PURPLE MARSHLOCK This super water plant has a dark red stem with strawberry like leaves, red-purple flowers.. Expect it to grow to a height of 12" (30cms) and you can plant in a boggy area or at water depth 0-10cms (0 - 4"). In the winter and spring you may only receive what looks like a twig, but it will have some shoots that will grow fast as the water warms up.
This plants grows across the surface creating great cover for fish.
Due to high stock levels we are offering 6 of these. Normal single price if £7.50!
Plant at water level or down to 10" (25cm) or in very moist soil
You can reduce the depths of your margins by sitting the planting baskets on concrete blocks or similar.
You will receive a young plant around around 6" (15cm) long, with some leaves and will be sent in it's rooted form to save on postal costs. It will require potting on receipt.
This plants can be planted directly into boggy areas or into the bottom of
lakes/ponds. If there is a liner, we
suggest using a water planting basket. Use aquatic soil,
topped with heavy gravel or large stones. Alternate ways can be offered if you
contact us.
