This nice piece of literature came out of a dealer that was cleaning out.  The piece was meant to be a page is the large reference catalog dealers had but by the pile they had they were given as single pages also.Yes it could ship cheaper, but it would have to be folded to fit in a smaller envelope.  the envelope and protective cardboard weigh more than the mailer.
