Pear Shape Pink Center stone Solitaire Ring is 10k yellow gold size is slightly larger than 7 (see photo) 

gold weight with stone is 6.3 grams.

Not sure what the center stone is I was told a few different things by a jeweler pink topaz or pink sapphire or cubic zirconia or pink tourmaline the only way to be sure was to get an appraisal but that would cost a few hundred dollars I'm selling it at the lowest price just covering the gold cost and eBay fees. 

Pear Shape stone measures approximately 15 mm by 10 mm.
