Important Information:
Carrier: We primarily use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered between 1 - 3 working days.
Processing: We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working days once payment has cleared. Most of our orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to receive your goods.
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your goods within the agreed time, please contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve this matter promptly.
Returns:
Policy: We have a 30-day return policy.
Full Refund (including return postage): If the item differs from the photos or description.
Buyer Pays Return Postage: If you change your mind, ordered by mistake, don't like it, don't fit, or found a better price, we will take the item back but the return postage cost will be down to the buyer.
Refund Process: We will issue a refund once the item is delivered and in its original packaging. Once we have the item, please allow us 1 - 2 working days to check it over and issue a refund.
