I am selling off some of my stash of unbuilt model airplane kits. Up for auction is ESCI/Ertl #9064, which is their 1/72 LTV A-7E Corsair II kit, from 1988 (according to Scale Mates database). The kit is complete with decals and instructions in an open box. The box is still sturdy, but 2 corners are torn and it shows shelf wear on all the corners, the cardboard bottom tray is in very good condition. The plastic is all still on the sprue and it’s sealed in its original plastic bag, so it should be complete. The clear parts sprue is also sealed in the same plastic bag. The instruction sheet is in excellent/like new condition, there are no holes, tears, stains, marks or writing on it. The decal sheet is old, but it appears to be in excellent condition, there is no sign of yellowing, drying, cracking or water damage. The decal sheet has markings for 2 aircraft. First is A-7E #159290, coded AA 407 of VA-81 aboard the USS Forrestal, and second is A-7E # 157495, coded NE 404 of VA-113(Fist Of The Fleet)aboard the USS Ranger.
