***FIRST THINGS FIRST.

1) Most of my auctions deal with vintage, near antique or antique items. Any item of age will show signs of use, some more than others. Please be aware that *none* of the items I have up for auction are in mint condition *unless* otherwise noted.   Also - unless stated, the items I sell were not ,owned by me. 

2) I inspect items to the best of my ability and include the points that I feel should be mentioned [obvious scratches, cracks, dents, chips, etc of that nature] but I am only human. It should be assumed by the consumer that, unless otherwise noted, there will be signs of normal use that come, with age on any/all items - *unless* otherwise noted.

3) ONLY the item or items as pictured are included in the auction (excluding any tools, such as the ruler).  For example, if packaging is not in the pictures, then it's not available.

4) I am not an expert on any of the items I have up for auction, but I do perform as much research as possible about every item.  Please read on for the rest of the story.....

***Payment method.
I participate in eBay Managed Payments

Please verify the shipping address that is on file.  That is the address I will be shipping to.  I am not responsible for shipping to the wrong or incorrect address.

***Terms.
I expect items to be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction, [unless buyer notifies me of intent to purchase another item I have up for auction] or of an issue or delay with payment.

***Item Description.
I do my very best to describe items honestly, to the best of my ability and knowledge about each item. If you have information about an item I have for sale, please feel free to provide it to me.

Please review the pictures provided in the listing to make a more informed decision, as they are the largest part of the visual condition.  I have a high-resolution camera, so it should be easy enough to zoom in where needed.

***DOMESTIC FREE Shipping.

"FREE" shipping means that the cost for shipping is already built into the price.  The Post Office expects to be paid, and eBay Sellers shipping items are paying. If you purchase more than one item from me, I may combine the items for shipment to arrive at the lowest shipping cost (for me). You may think an item I am selling sounds expensive, but realize that the cost of the shipping comes out of the total price you pay.

I recycle boxes/paper/plastic/cardboard whenever possible, bubble wrap and peanuts are typically new.   I will typically double on packaging for fragile items.

I make every effort to ensure safe delivery to your door. Please remember when you purchase something from me, receive your breakable item in the described condition listed [and not broken], and then leave feedback for me. ;-)


***INTERNATIONAL Shipping.

My listings make use of the eBay Global Shipping program where available. This means that the item is shipped to a shipping center designated by eBay, and THEY ship it from there. I have no control over the cost or the shipper from that point. I provide an approximate weight of the item, on which eBay Global Shipping will base the cost.

***RETURNS.
As I stated above, "FREE" shipping means the cost of shipping is already built into the total price of the item. If you wish to return an item because it does not meet your expectations, BUT arrives as described, I DO accept returns HOWEVER, I reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost before providing your refund.

Please understand that sellers have absolutely NO control over the shipper once it is in their hands.   If your package is marked as delivered, but you don't have it - you need to investigate where it ended up by asking neighbors and your carrier where it could possibly be.  Sellers are not responsible once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipper.

Please contact me immediately if the item arrives to you broken or damaged or in some way OTHER than described.
If the item is other than described but NOT damaged in shipping, I will return all funds to you.  
If it was damaged in shipping, 99% of my items are insured, and it would be appreciated if you contact me regarding the issue and include pictures of the packaging inside and out as well as the item.   This is what I will need to create a claim at the Post Office for insurance refund.
