Vibrant red, black and yellow African style print - pretty sure it’s a cotton!

Round neck and short full puff sleeves.

Zip at the back.

Full skirt with deep ruffle along the hem.

Very good used clean condition.

Length is 57 inches and when laid flat measures just over 20 inches from underarm to underarm, 17 inches across the waist and 28 inches across the hips.
