bound in leather, with gilt accents and page edges, ribbed spines and  ribbon markers

Item Condition:  These are all 4 volumes of The Works of Aristotle by the Franklin Library. There are no names, bookplates or stamps from previous owners inside the books. The pages are clean and the bindings are sound. The gilt page edging is bright on all copies with marks and dings to them (see photos #7-11). The leather bindings are in nice condition, with fading to volume IV. 

Vol I    - there are some marks and fading on the back cover (see photo #5).

Vol II   - there is a crease in the moire endpaper at the back of the book (see photo #18).

Vol III  - there is slight fading to the moire endpaper at the front of the book (see photo #19).

Vol IV  - the corners and spine are bumped with rubbing. This has the "Notes From The Editors" included for this volume (see last photo).

These books will ship in a box with bubble wrap.
