Original Sony color CRT display module used in a variety of HP / Agilent test and measurement instruments.
Applications include HP 8752A/C, 8753C/D, 8757C/D/E, 8720B/C, 8510C, 4396A, 70004A, and numerous other HP/Agilent analyzer and display systems. Please verify compatibility with your specific instrument before buying.
I tested this module using my bench supply. With 63V DC applied to the power input and the module drew 220 mA of current. The display, as expected, did not come alive because while I powered up the circuits, in normal CRT display designs of this type, horizontal drive is required to drive the flyback which generates high-voltage. Testing was limited to power application only; no H, V, or video/brightness signals were provided.
Both available modules exhibited identical current consumption and operating behavior during testing.
Cosmetic condition is good overall with typical signs of age and storage. See photos for condition details.
