This is a nice great wheel on the cylinder shaft from an antique Swiss cylinder musical box.  The gear is a .38 Module size. which was common for these Swiss music boxes. The brass gear is 44.8 mm in outer diameter and has 116 teeth. It is about 3.6 mm thick. Gear teeth are in very nice condition.
