Saint-Gobain C’eal-Flex® Ultra Sealer, it’s a portable tubing sealer designed for biopharmaceutical and laboratory environments. It creates sterile seals on thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing used in single-use fluid transfer systems.

Key specifications:

* Seals C-Flex® and other TPE tubing, plus some TPV, TPU, and PVC tubing.

* Creates a seal in under 2 minutes.

* Available with two interchangeable sealing heads:

* Thin-wall head: tubing OD 1/8”–3/8”

* Thick-wall head: tubing OD 3/8”–3/4”

* Compact control unit (approximately 7 × 8 × 4 inches) weighing about 6.5 lb (3 kg).

* Operates from 110 VAC power and requires a filtered compressed air supply.

* Remote sealing head can be used up to 10 feet from the control unit.
