Payments

Paypal or any major debit cards accepted.

Postage

All oversea's items are shipped, through eBay's Global shipping programme.

We aim to dispatch all items same day if the payment is received by 1pm.  However if we are really busy we guarantee that all items will be dispatched within 1 working days of the payment being received.

All free postage options are posted out by:

 Royal Mail Tracked 48, delivery within 3-5 working days

There are faster postage services, which can be found at checkout

·         Royal mail Tracked 24, delivery within 1-2 working days

·         Special Delivery guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm (if ordered before 1pm)

 Damaged/Faulty Items

If you unfortunately received your item damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo with your message, this will speed up the process.

Items Not Received

Please check the tracking number attached to your order, it will give you the full details of your order. Please be aware if you don't state a safe place, the postman will leave it wherever he feels fit. If you look on the tracking there will be a picture of where the item has been left. If you see it on the picture but is no longer there, it has obviously been taken. This then becomes a matter for the Poloce.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from date you received the item. Please send us a message to inform us of your intention to return, including the item number and the reason for the return and we will let you know the process and return address.  If there is a problem with your item please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Unwanted/Non-faulty Items

Returned items must be as new, complete and in the original, undamaged packaging.

We are unable to accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty goods after the 30 days.

You must arrange the return of the unwanted items at your own expense.

A  refund will be made once the goods are received back as new and smoke free in the original, undamaged packaging minus a £2 restocking fee. Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
