Plunge mechanism, depth rod, micro-fine adjustment, spring-lock lever, and both handles are all present and fully functional. Surface shows cosmetic wear/scuffing from workshop use (see photos); no cracks or damage to the aluminum housing noted. Sub-base and mounting hardware appear complete.
