This is a very rare BC Rich DMD-1 Digital Metal Distortion Pedal.  Has a great dirty sound like you would expect from a BC Rich product.  Works and sounds great.  I used it in a pedal box so don't have a power supply with it but it is just a 9v so available on eBay for under $10.
