Many of them have had thin neodymium magnets glued to their bases.

They come from various manufacturers and are mostly proxies for Imperial Guard, Marines or Squats in Warhammer 40k Epic, or whatever other epic scale games you play.  Note that none of these are actually Citadel/Games Workshop models.

Many of these are out of print, but still fine quality pewter models.
