Here is a fantastic collector plate by Vernon Kilns!

This plate features the great state of North Dakota.

This plate is one of the fabulous Vernon Kilns “map” plates, with showcases the entire state with loads of images throughout. Some of the towns and cities named include Minot, Fargo, and Bismark. Did I leave out your favorite? Take a closer look to see if it’s on the plate! 

North Dakota is filled with natural wonders, like The Badlands, the Missouri River, Devil’s Lake, the International Peace Garden. National monuments abound, as well. Theodore Roosevelt is honored more than once, and the statue honoring Sacajawea are of note.

This plate is made on the Ultra shape and glazed in blue. It measures 10 3/8” in diameter. The backstamp reads simply

Condition is pristine, nearly mint! There may be a faint utensil scuff or two on the front. No other sign of use or wear, and no damage of any kind.
