Goebel Hummel, made in Germany. Ben sitting in a china cabinet for like 30 plus years. Looks to be in amazing condition, but previous owner put a piece of paper with the name Evinrude on it. Underneath there is some writing in pen that you should see in the pics. Hope this goes to someone who appreciates these.
