Liquid Flow Totalizer Meter

This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it and have not been able to find much information on this unit. It is in very good cosmetic condition. The dial reads, "10 Liters Per Revolution". It also has a thermometer on top. It is a portable unit with a carrying handle. At this time it has 1 3/8" OD tubes mounted on the inlet and outlet ports. It measures about 10" square by about 15" tall. It weighs about 25 pounds. The indicator dial is about 6 1/2" in diameter and is missing the glass. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
