All of our items have been fully tested and working prior to shipping, used items may show general signs of normal usage/wear and tear.
All our refurbished and used machines are second-hand, so they will have some cosmetic wear.
We provide a clear indication of any wear and tear using the grading system below and accurate photos.
We understand that grading can be subjective so if you are not 100% happy with the condition of the laptop you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

* Grade A - Item will be in perfect working order with with no major scuffs or scratches or in a "like new" state.
* Grade B - Item will be in perfect working order however will have some small signs of wear & tear which will not affect usage. Most items will be in good condition anyway and may not have any marks, please look at the pictures on ad.
* Grade C - Item will be in perfect working order however will show sign of major damage but still works as expected. Item may show scratches, scuffs, chips and dents. May have cracks or pieces missing from the case in some areas.
* Grade D - Item will be in requirement of repair or requires further attention to get working "Spares or repair"
