Royal Doulton D4551 Islamic Art Series C1922-27 10.5” Plate

It has a few very small ‘nibbles’ around the edge.

Back stamp has no crown, usually this means the plate can be dated between 1922 and 1927 although there are always a few rare exceptions!

I believe it is earthenware.
