From my own personal collection. Tiny Ron played lothar also known as the villain in the film rocketeer. It was signed at the 20 year anniversary held at the El Capitan theater. I actually got tiny Ron to sign before he entered the after party held at the Max Factor building. He passed away a few years later. Rare item!
