Damaged Tek test adapter - as you can see it's been smashed, and glued back together (Jigsaw puzzle anyone). It has 4 good contact pins, that weird shape that is pretty unique to Tek, and a couple of the tiny Allen head cap screws that these units use (ever loose a little screw .... yeah, me too)
