Beautiful antique iridescent glass inkwell featuring the classic “soap bubble” form with three rounded ball feet. It is missing the original brass hinge.

This style is attributed to the renowned Harrach glassworks of Bohemia

(now Czech Republic), one of the most celebrated names in 19th century

Bohemian art glass. As is typical for Bohemian glass of this period,

the piece is unsigned Bohemian glassworks rarely marked their work

before the early 20th century.

It has iridescent finish that catches the light with rainbow hues of

purple, pink and gold.
