The hat is pre-owned and in nice condition. It wasn't worn much as we found out, he's not a hat wearer. It has an embroidered Dolphin logo in the center also the logo is on the visor. 

The scratch is on the visor. Look at the first picture, on the right of the visor there is a little speck. I think it was a scratch in the gray. It is small and there is a close up picture of it as well.
