I grew up close to this place in the mid 1950s. Evendale Ohio is a suberb of CINCINNATI. It was located on the corner of RT.42 & BY PASS 50 GLENDALE MILFORD ROAD. When they got this property in the 1940s, they probably got it for a song & dance.Their was'nt much around there in those days, thats probably how they got a zoning permit because its right in the heart of evendale. There's 2 things I remember about this place, the amount of noise it put out and the amount of people it drew. You could see that place good from BY PASS 50. I think the main reason they got rid of it is the noise and people got killed there. Remember in the 1950s not many people had air conditioning. You couldn't sleep at night. I think evendale just got tired of it said that's enough. They went from farms around there to industry. Just remember enlarged photos or scans tend to exaggerate any flaws.
