This Broadway Limited Imports item is 2 hoppers from a 4 pk, HO set #2774, which was a 4 pk of ARA 4-Bay Hoppers RTR, decorated for B&M Minute Man Service, #8281, 8108, black w/ white lettering. These 2 are new old stock.

Note: this is 2 Hoppers not the 4 pk.

May have been out of the box for inspection.
