For sale here is a great looking US Vietnam War Era USAF Air Force Squadron Patch.  This patch is for the 567th Strategic Missile Squadron.  This patch is fully embroidered.  This patch appears unused.  For scale, the patch measures approximately 4 1/8" tall.  Please see all pictures for full condition report.
