Used with minimal wear.  All mounting tabs are good. The light has a small rock chip crack. Please see all images. With some signs of wear. You get one for as pictured. This is for the left/Driver.

 MUST MATCH PART # OF THE TRIM. Fog light will look similar but will not fit each other.
