The Telemecanique XCM-A110 (also referenced as XCMA110) is a metal compact miniature limit switch in the XCM-A series. This part has been superseded by the XCMD2110L1 in the current Telemecanique Sensors XC Standard range. Refer to manufacturer documentation to confirm compatibility with your specific application.
The XCM-A110 uses a steel end plunger actuator with snap-action operation and a 2-pole contact arrangement of 1 NC + 1 NO (SPDT). It is rated at 1.5A and 240V AC / 250V DC maximum. The pre-cabled termination consists of a PVC cable, 5 x 0.75 mm², 1 metre in length. The body is constructed of zinc alloy (Zamak) and the unit carries an IP66, IP67, and IP68 ingress protection rating.
Actuator actuation occurs on end with a maximum actuation speed of 0.5 m/s and a minimum tripping force of 7.5 N. Mechanical durability is rated at 10 million operating cycles. The switch is fixed by the body using 2 fixing holes. The XCMA1103 is a variant of this unit with a 3-metre cable instead of 1 metre.
