The watch is not working and sold for PARTS OR REPAIR, AS IS

(To be more specific, it winds fine, when winded good enough and the position is face down, if shaken, the seconds hand starts moving and watch is working, I do not know how accurate, but it works, when changing position to normal, it immediately stops working, the last picture show working position for the watch). 

The crystal is easy to remove and to install back, without opening the case.

The watch contains 11g 18K gold (see the pictures)
