Condition - The license plates have not been used but do have condition issues. The plates have scratches, scuff marks, dents, dings, and surface rust on the front and back of the plate. The plate on the back has some paper stuck to it. The plates do not lay completely flat. The edges do have a few bends present. Comes with the original envelope. Otherwise, good plates for any collection or run.
