Original 1960s Wendy fashion doll skirt and top set by Elite Creations, Series 41 Number 4, in red, pink and white cotton.

Matching cotton set - one circle skirt in red, pink and white geometric check print with a Rau Klikit white enameled snap fastener at gathered waist, with a short-sleeved wrap style top in white textured cotton with same red, pink and white fabric with white lace as trim around sleeve hems, the neckline and down the front. Fits Wendy, Bonnie and other 11.5" international fashion dolls of the era. No tags, no labels. Top was not designed with fasteners. No box, no accessories. 

Condition: Very good vintage used condition. Color is very good, lace is good but neither as bright as in the 1960s and not as crisp nor pristine. It has been laundered at some point. The top’s bottom hemline is frayed all around (see photos) and the skirt has slight fraying at the opening below the back snap. The skirt hem is not stitched but finished and, as is typical with this brand, has some loose threads (all noted out of an abundance of disclosure). Note there is one small three-dimensional stain near the skirt’s back hem (see photos). Please inspect photos. No foul odors. Minor dust and grime from age and storage on both items.
