This is donated stock from a local sewing retailer who closed. We have not examined the entire roll for quality but we do not expect there to be any issues. Based on thickness and diameter of the roll we have calculated this to be approx 30m but we cannot guarantee this measurement. Please see photos.
Wherever possible, we will send parcels on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. In cases where this is not possible due to item size or weight, we will use a different courier service, usually Evri or Parcelforce.
We offer combined postage; this will be the highest standard postage cost of the items plus £1 for each additional item. For auction items we can send an invoice after all auctions have been won and for buy-it-now items you can request a combined invoice when all items are in the basket. Please message us if your items are a mix of auction and buy-it-now.
For international shipping we use the eBay Global Shipping Program only.
We try to provide all information required to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If there is something not mentioned, please send us a message.
However, we accept that sometimes returns are necessary. We have a 30 days returns policy but ask that you do send us a message first as sometimes we can resolve issues another way.
We offer free collection on all our items. We are based across two different sites, so we will send you the correct collection address when your purchase is ready.
Please note that anything purchased via eBay should be paid for via eBay prior to collection, and we will require your 6-digit collection code.
We are also happy for customers to arrange their own courier collection of larger items where we do not offer delivery. If this is something you are wanting to do, please message us first.
In the event of any issues, we will always try our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will always work with you to find a solution.
Our team works on a part-time basis across two sites and so responses may not be immediate. We aim to answer all messages within two working days. This may be increased during peak Bank Holiday periods.
