The "Chelsea" pattern by Gibson Designs features a white background with a border of blue roses and leaves, the Chelsea pattern maintains a smooth, non-scalloped circular edge.

This style and pattern are generally associated with vintage Gibson Housewares/Designs collections.

The plate is stamped "CHINA" below the brand name, referring to both the porcelain composition and the country of manufacture.  The text format stating "Dishwasher, Microwave, and Conventional Oven Safe" in a circular format was introduced by Gibson around 2000 to reflect updated manufacturing standards for their ceramics line.

Very nice condition, almost no utensil marks. Appears to have been used gently if at all.
