An original membership card from the Rogatien Vachon fan club.  This card has a line to put the member's name, which was never filled out.  The card is signed by Vachon in blue ink.  The signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA.

SIZE:  The card measures 2.25" by 3.75"

CONDITION:  The card has a pinhole at the top center, plus some general spotting to the front.
