Antique or vintage Pilling-Phila scapular retractor used in thoracotomy surgeries. It has a name and initials carved into it. It measures approximately 2" wide x 4" deep x 5 1/2" tall. Nice and heavy, it weighs approximately 1lb, 3oz.
