This specific pattern is incredibly difficult to find in North America and is a prized addition for any serious porcelain collector or high-end interior designer.

The vibrant Chinoiserie motif is decorated with a stunning pink peony flanked by highly detailed, stylized orange, black, and gold botanical leaves. This cachepot features an exquisite silhouette with a classical footed cylindrical body framed by two elegant, hand-scrolled acanthus-leaf handles. It is finished with hand-applied 22-karat gold trim along the rim and handles.

This planter is approximately 5-1/2" tall and is in excellent vintage condition, including the gold trim, with no chips, cracks, staining or crazing. 

It is hallmarked with the green ribbon "VA Portugal" backstamp on the base alongside the gold "Manufactura Est. 1824" crown, dating its production precisely between 1980 and 1982.
