Exact item shown. Controller board removed from Seagate Enterprise 8TB hard drives with media (platter/head) failures.

These drives came from a RAID array in my personal workstation. The RAID was still operational but showing increasing errors. I replaced the drives with new disks, and the rebuild completed successfully, indicating the controllers were functioning during the rebuild operation.

DiskPart dialog for both drives is shown in the photos.

Each controller is packaged in the anti-static bag from the replacement drives, and the original drive label is included so you can see the exact source unit and matching codes.
